My optometrist referred me to IQ Laser Center, as I was a good candidate for the Lasik procedure. At the initial consultation, I was able to speak with Dr. Lin himself. It is uncommon for patients to speak with the Doctor directly, usually you meet with "go-betweens" and see the doctor on the day of your procedure! Sometimes you don't even get the doctor advertised! Dr. Lin personally took the time to address my biggest concerns – dry eyes. He explained to me that there are treatments for dry eyes that increase the effectiveness of the procedure and alleviate the problem in the future. I left the consultation feeling extremely comfortable about getting Lasik.
